Fast Pass Terms & Conditions
Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s
credit card every month of the day the membership was activated. In
the event the customer wishes to cancel the Fast Pass Membership,
cancellations must be submitted at the Car Wash or by email at
www.jackscarwashes.com. Please allow a minimum of SEVEN
DAYS prior to the next billing date to affect cancellation of program.
There are no refunds for partial months. Unlimited Fast Pass
customers must contact JACKS CAR WASH to give notification when
any contact or billing information changes, including but not limited
to: change of address, email or credit card information. In the event
JACKS CAR WASH is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due
to card expiration or change in information, the customer’s program
will automatically be deactivated. JACKS CAR WASH will attempt to
notify customer immediately should an issue arise. It is the
customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email
address on file with JACKS CAR WASH in order to receive any
changes or updates to the Terms and Conditions for the Unlimited
Fast Pass Membership. FASTPASS registration tags remain the
exclusive property of JACKS CAR WASH and must be surrendered
upon request. In the event that FASTPASS registration tag is
tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its
terms and conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all
monies will be forfeited. The Unlimited FASTPASS program cannot
be combined with any other programs or discount including, but not
limited to pre-paid wash, passes, house accounts and/or coupons.
JACKS CAR WASH reserves the right to close due to inclement
weather, major holidays or equipment failure. JACKS CAR WASH
may increase monthly rates with notice posted at site at least 15 days
in advance. Terms and conditions are subject to change without
notice. Fast Pass memberships are intended for a single vehicle
ONLY. Fraud will result in immediate termination of the Fast Pass
membership plan. Fast Pass memberships are for personal use only
and not for commercial or industrial equipment.
