Rich’s Unlimited Wash Club provides unlimited car washes for each month that membership is renewed. Rich’s Car Wash reserves the right to
cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at any time. No refunds or credits
will be given for partial periods. Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of wash. Only the car listed on
this form is eligible for the program and must have a Rich’s Unlimited Wash Club membership at the time of wash. Damaged Cards should be
reported to Rich’s Carwash. Each Card is assigned to a make, model, and license tag of one car. Any attempt to wash a vehicle not registered to
the club account will result in cancellation from the Rich’s Unlimited Wash Club. Member must notify Rich’s Carwash of any change in vehicle
ownership. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club program I agree that the credit card provided can be charged $40 per month for Rich’s Basic
membership or $60 per month for the Premium. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card
charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Rich’s Unlimited Wash Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Valid only at the Hillcrest Road location.
