Application Instructions:
Before you begin, please pay close attention to the condition of
your client’s hair, as this will influence the directions below. Also,
please ensure you read the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section.
PRE-TREATMENT IF REQUIRED:
KeraRelaxer System: To be used on very coarse, frizzy and super
curly, kinky hair only - BEFORE applying the KeraGreen Keratin
treatment. Relaxer System Kit includes KeraRelaxer treatment
and Neutraliser Shampoo. It should only be used by a Stylist who
has experience with relaxer systems. This is a chemical product
(with natural ingredients) and should be treated accordingly.
Directions: Apply the KeraRelaxer on dry, uncleaned hair for 8-12
minutes. Please monitor the client’s hair whilst using this product
- different hair types will respond differently. Wash thoroughly
using the Neutraliser Shampoo at least twice to remove all
residue. If intending to do the Keratin Treatment afterwards,
then use the Pre-clarifying Shampoo as a third shampoo/cleanse

KERATIN TREATMENT:
STEP Wash hair TWICE with KeraGreen Keratin & Protein Hair

that you have a monthly “Maintenance Treatment” at your
salon, to extend the results and benefits of the treatment and
use the KeraGreen home products between treatments.
10. Can I do the KeraGreen treatment more often?
Yes. You can do the treatment every month if desired, as
our keratin will help restore hair, however the Maintenance
System will reduce the need to perform a full treatment.
11. When should I cut my hair, before or after the treatment?
It is recommended that you cut your hair after the treatment.

is not a STRAIGHTENER...
It is a hair-restoring treatment that will leave the
hair smoother, shinier, and more manageable.
After using KeraGreen, it will be easier to smooth
the hair with a blow dryer, but your client will not
experience a permanent removal of the original
texture. Once the hair is washed the hair will still have
curl or a wave to it. Over time, with the continued
use of the product and treatment the hair will begin to
appear less textured as the keratin fills in the hair and
weighs it down. Each head of hair is unique and may
respond differently, so please bear that in mind.
