ZUMBA FITNESS
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music
and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness class. A
Zumba Class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone the body using an aerobic/fitness
approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. The
cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which
targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle in
the body – the heart.
ZUMBA GOLD is a Zumba class that is based on the above but has a lower intensity impact.
It is designed for active older adults and beginners. The class introduces easy-to-follow
Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, motion and co-ordination and on all elements
of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
AQUA ZUMBA blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance moves. It is less impact on
your joints so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance which means every
step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. It is a high energy aquatic exercise.
You can easily master a Zumba Class, even if you are a non-dancer because no dance experience is necessary
or required. The class creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for
anyone, non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who previously hesitated to participate in group classes. It is
all about exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like environment, and you just go with the flow and enjoy it.

