not always available. Use this script as a guide.

Action Plan which means I’m not
answering my phone when driving.
Leave a message and I’ll call you
as soon as I’m off the road.
When you start the Distraction Action plan, give your friends a heads up.
That way, when they contact you, they won’t expect an answer straight away.
They’ll know you’re driving distraction-free.
One of the best ways to let people know is to send them an email. Copy and paste
the words below into an email and send it to all the people you know.

I’m doing the 22 Day Distraction Action Plan.
What it is:
A quit program for distracted driving.
What it means:
I won’t be touching my phone when I’m in the car. No texts, no calls,
no updates, no quick looks just to see. I’ll be distraction-free for 22 days.
How it works:
If I can quit using my phone for 22 days, I can quit for good.
Why I’m doing it:
Using your phone when driving is dangerous. As dangerous as drink driving.
It’s like driving blind.
What it means for you:
If you contact me, I might not give you an immediate response, so hang in tight.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
