Day 3 - May 31st This morning we will have a private tour of Florence with a local guide,

Experience not only the pristine, colourful landscape,

from one area to the next, but one thing never

Day 1 Cornwall - Grand Falls, NB Our first day will
take us east through the Province of Québec and into
New Brunswick for our first overnight.

Day 2 Grand Falls - Summerside, PEI Our journey today takes us
along the beautiful St. John River, following the upper and lower valley. In route we visit the
deepest gorge east of Niagara Falls, taking time for photos; Hartland will be our next stop at
the Longest Covered Bridge in the world with lunch in the Fredericton area. This afternoon
we visit the Magnetic Hill in Moncton and then make our way across the Confederation
Bridge to the island called the “Garden of the Gulf” and our home for the next three nights in
Summerside.
Day 3-4 Two great days to explore some of this island paradise. Time will be devoted to the
capital City of Charlottetown for a brief city. The Prince Edward Island Preserve Company
in New Glasgow is a fascinating and very successful home grown business that you will
enjoy immensely. We’ll see the highlights of Summerside and many of the beautiful fox
homes and devote time to The Cavendish area with visits to Anne of Green Gables Museum,
Kensington, and Long River, a great photo stop at Hosteddar’s View Scape on the French
River, and Green Gables House. We’ll explore O’Leary area and visit The Potato Museum as
well as a Basket Weaving demonstration in Richmond. A mouth-watering lobster dinner
is sure to be a highlight during our stay on PEI. (A landlubbers meal is available if you do not
eat shellfish) An additional highlight one evening will be a local Ceilidh entertainment.
Our days are full but at a gentle pace be-fitting an island visit! Day 5 Summerside - Rimouski, QC. We must bid the island adieu this morning. You’ll have
one more good view of the Confederation Bridge. We travel North though the province of
New Brunswick, making our way into the Gaspe Peninsula and the lovely Matapedia Valley.

Day 6 Rimouski - Cornwall. It’s a relaxing drive this morning along the south shore of the
St. Lawrence River to Quebec City. Lunch will be in the Old city giving you some time for
shopping. Tour arrives back in Cornwall early this evening.

dull moment. Every mile, every valley, and every mountain top is different and each has its
own captured beauty.
Day 1 Cornwall - Calgary, Alberta Our journey begins with a flight that takes us across this
wonderful country of ours to the city of Calgary.
Day 2 Calgary Our day starts off with a tour of this great western city. The remainder of
today will be devoted to a highlight feature, The Calgary Stampede. (B)
Day 3 Calgary - Banff There is no other view that will thrill you more as we make our way
across a small part of the prairies, and then out of nowhere, your first real view of the Canadian
Rockies appears and it will linger in your mind forever. Our home for the next three nights
will be in the village of Banff, a community nestled in the very heart of the Rockies. (B)
Day 4 Bow Valley Parkway The Columbia Ice fields, and the Jasper Parkway will be our
travel area today. Nowhere in all of North America will you ever come across scenery like
what you will see today. You’ll visit Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Sunwapta Pass, Peyto Lake
and Bow Glacier, plus take a ride on the special snow cruiser across part of the ice fields.
Experience the awesome glacier skywalk that will allow you to explore the vast glacierformed Sunwapta Valley. Walk this glass-floored observation platform, and stand in awe of
nature’s grand performance. (B)
Day 5 It is a relaxing day today. This morning we’ll do a tour of the Banff area and give you
the afternoon to explore this fascinating village on your own. (B)
Day 6 Banff - Kelowna, British Columbia It’s another great day. We head north along the
Parkway once again, catching those spectacular views once more, then west into the frontier
of B.C. visiting Emerald Lake, Kicking Horse Pass and Yoho National Park. Our lunch stop
today is going to be at the summit of Glacier National Park at Rogers Pass. Our home tonight

Day 7 Kelowna - Victoria, British Columbia It’s across the top of the mountains
today as we make our way from the Okanagan Valley to Hope B.C. via way of the
Coquihalla Toll Highway which takes us over the top of the coastal range to Hope.
We’ll drive across the delta to Tsawwassen for our ferry to Swartz Bay by way of
the Georgia Strait and through part of the Gulf Islands. Our hotel for the next
two days will be in Victoria within walking distance of the harbour. B)

Day 8 Butchart Gardens is one of the most talked about gardens of the world,
and we will start our day with this visit. This afternoon we will visit the Mile
“0” Monument at the beginning of the Trans-Canada Highway. The rest of the
afternoon will give you lots of time to explore this wonderful city, perhaps have

Day 9 Victoria - Vancouver Our morning sailing brings us back onto the main land and
the city of Vancouver for our two night stay. This afternoon our step on guide will give us an

Day 11 Vancouver - Kamloops Our lunch stop today will be at what is known as Hells gate, an

Day 12 Kamloops - Hinton Our journey this morning takes us on the Yellow Head Highway, with the
opportunity of traveling on another of the mountain passes as we make our way across the Columbia

mountains that you will be viewing. We’ll visit Jasper, giving you the chance to experience this mountain

Day 1 Cornwall - Rimouski We will travel the
shoreline of the St. Lawrence River stopping in
the Quebec City area for lunch. This afternoon it’s a
pretty drive following the south side of the river with
the Laurentian Mountains banking the sky to the north.
We’ll stop in the area that is rich in the art of woodcarving,
Saint-Jean-Port-Joli then overnight in Rimouski overlooking the boardwalk and the river.
Day 2 Rimouski - Percé Our day will start with a visit to the Lighthouse Museum where we
learn the story and history of “The Empress of Ireland” It was one of Canada’s worst marine
disasters, but one that is seldom talked about. We cross the Gaspé Peninsula at it’s narrowest
point and travel through one of the prettiest spots in Eastern Canada, that of the Matapedia
Valley. We’ll have lunch in New Brunswick today before we veer east to the north shore of the
Bay of Chaleur and on to Percé for a two-night stay at Hotel Le Mirage over looking the bay
and Bonaventure Island. The view from the dining room and your hotel room is exceptional.

Day 3 Percé This morning weather permitting, a boat ride awaits you to sail around the
famous Percé Rock and Bonaventure Island, home of a natural bird sanctuary. On past tours,
we have seen basque shark, eagles, several seals, and of course thousands of birds during
our cruise. It was exciting! You’ll have free time this afternoon to enjoy and explore the
Village of Percé. (B, D)
Day 4 Percé - Rimouski - Riviere du Loup It’s a little different route today as we
travel north around the Gaspé Peninsula hugging the shoreline back along the
mighty St. Lawrence to Rimouski. The drive is simply awe-inspiring. This afternoon
we’ll explore and view the horticultural art of the beautiful Reford Garden. We’ll

Day 1-3 These days of travel will take you first
to upper New Brunswick for your first night.
Following the St John River Valley and a visit and
tour of the city of Elms, we continue on to Moncton
for the second overnight. Our evening in Moncton,
we’ll be guests of Maritime Fiddlers Ivan & Vivian Hicks
for dinner and a great Kitchen Party. Welcome to Nova
Scotia. By lunch time we’ll cross the Canso Causeway onto
Cape Breton Island and head for Sydney for our third night.
Day 4 Sydney - Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland. Today will be our first ferry crossing
as we cross the Cabot Strait and dock at Channel-Port aux Basques. Our Newfoundland
adventure is about to begin.
Day 5 Port Aux Basques - Corner Brook This morning we’ll follow the Long Range
Mountains to Stephenville, formerly known as Acadian Village, then a tour of the Humber
Arm this afternoon will have us visiting such places as Bottle Cove, Blow Me Down and
Frenchman’s Harbor. The scenery is simply out of this world.
Day 6 Corner Brook - Plum Point Our journey takes us further north this morning
allowing us the opportunity of travelling through part of Gros Morne Park .We will visit such
places as Trout River, Woody Point, Birchy Head and Shoal Brook. Lunch today will be in Rocky
Harbour.
Day 7 Plum Point - L`Anse-Au-Clair It is our second ferry ride this morning, crossing
the Strait of Belle Isle and Iceberg Alley to the shores of the other part of Newfoundland, that
of Labrador. We are visiting Red Bay, a small community that speaks of the Basque Whaling
industry that thrived here all along the coast over 400 years ago. A visit to the museum will
connect you with ancient traditions that keep folklore and ancient crafts alive today. The
museum will also reveal the gripping story of the oil-laden San Juan that sank in 33 feet
of water in Red Bay. How about some tangy baked apples fashioned into a pie? Locals
call them cloud berries - a lumpy-looking golden fruit that grows in profusion in south
Labrador. Lessons in sea lore, sea-washed scenery, down home hospitality and good food
sums up this day beautifully.
Day 8 L`Anse-Au-Clair - Plum Point We head back across the Strait of Belle Isle this
morning and visit L`Anse-aux-Meadows, National Historical site of the first European
settlement in North America.

Day 9 Plum Point - Gander We are backtracking a bit today making our way back down the highway
to Deer Lake for our lunch stop. The central part of Newfoundland will be our journey this afternoon
making our way to a city that played a tremendous part during the last war.
Day 10 Gander - St. John’s City tour of St John’s today, with a visit to Signal Hill. View “The Narrows”
and admire the architecture of old St. John’s along with the Basilica.
Day 11 This is a free day for you to explore this charming & historic capital city. (Optional Extras:
Whale Watching Cruise in the morning or Optional Visit to Quidi Vidi Village where they make Iceberg
Beer)
Day 12 St. John’s - Gander See such places as Black Harbour, Twillingate, Bluff Head Cove and others as we

Day 13 Gander - Port aux Basques Our journey brings us back to the west side of the island today for our overnight stay once again
in Port aux Basques/
Day 14 Port Aux Basques - Baddeck, N.S. Our ferry ride this morning takes us back across the Cabot Strait to North Sydney. Our
overnight lodging will be on the shores of beautiful Lake Bras D`Or.
Day 15 Baddeck - St John, N.B. We leave the beautiful province of Nova Scotia this morning for New Brunswick stopping at Moncton
to visit Magnetic Hill en route.
Day 16 St John, NB - Quebec City, QC We’ll follow the St John River Valley north to the Quebec border stopping in St Jean Port Joli, an

Day 8 Baddeck - Summerside , P.E.I. We’ll visit beloved maritime singer Anne Murray’s
museum this morning at Springhill before crossing the Confederation Bridge to picture pretty
Prince Edward Island. Ireland has no monopoly on forty shades of green. Prince Edward Island could
almost rival, with their rustic soil color added to the landscape portrait. We’ll be staying the next two
nights in the pretty harbor town of Summerside. (B)
Day 9 This morning we will drive over to the capital city of Charlottetown for sightseeing. The
island has many small but sustaining cottage industries and we’ll surprise you with one of the
most interesting ones. Cavendish and Green Gables is a must stop in our day. A Lobster supper

Day 10 Summerside - Rimouski Confederation Bridge, one of the great wonders of the

Kinky Boots is a 6 time Tony award winning Broadway musical with music and lyrics by
Tony and Grammy-winner Cyndi Lauper, a book by winner Harvey Fierstein, and based on
the 2005 film Kinky Boots. Inspired by true events, the musical tells the story of Charlie
Price, who inherits a shoe factory from his father. To save the business, Charlie forms an
unlikely partnership with cabaret performer and drag queen, Lola. With Lola’s help, Charlie
develops a plan to produce a line of high-heeled boots. In the process, he and Lola discover
that they are not so different after all…
Upon checking at our downtown Toronto hotel, we will enjoy our pre-theatre dinner
before this delightful performance. We have a second show on Sunday which will not fail
to impress and delight you. The Famous People Players theatre will be our stop today for

Day 4 Sault Ste Marie - Gaylord Michigan We cross into the U.S. this morning and take the
world’s longest suspension bridge at St. Ignace. A twenty-minute boat ride takes us across to
Mackinac Island, a place called “Fairyland from out of the past.” The island is devoid of motor
vehicles so enjoy your step back in time. A wagon ride awaits us at dockside to give us a grand

Day 5 Gaylord - Frankenmuth-Sarnia You’ll think you’ve crossed the ocean today. Why?
Because Frankenmuth is dubbed “Little Bavaria”. We’ll visit Zehnder’s Marketplace and the
famous Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland with over 100 Christmas trees decorated and on
display. If Bronner’s doesn’t have it, then it hasn’t been made yet. We’ll overnight in Sarnia

around the world as a famed wine region, Tuscany is quite possibly one of the greatest

olive oil tastings, art and history; from extraordinary paintings and sculpture to frescoes and

Day 3 St Louis, MO - Memphis, TN Visit to the Historic Old Courthouse this morning
for multimedia presentation about The Scotts, slaves who sued for their freedom and the
resulting impact on the future of the slave trade. Enjoy the view of St Louis from the famous
Arch and view Expansion Westward.
Day 4 Memphis, TN - Vicksburg, MS Who could guess how a few ducks could make a
hotel famous! Peabody ducks that is! Our stay in Memphis would not be complete without
a visit to Graceland, home of the late Elvis Presley. This afternoon is an easy drive following
the route of the Mississippi to Vicksburg MS, where they filmed the movie “The Help”
Day 5 Vicksburg, MS - Baton Rouge, LA We will visit the Civil War Historic Military
Park this morning, then have fun at lunch time in the duck commander’s town. We
might even enjoy a little “Si-Cology Unfiltered.”We’ll see fields of cotton this afternoon
in our travels and visit Frogmore Cotton Plantation before heading for Baton Rouge
for our two night stay.

Day 6 Baton Rouge, LA - New Orleans, LA Today is an Acadian Day and we will enjoy
exploring with our costumed guide. You might even meet people that share the same
surname as you. It will include a visit to The Acadian Village just outside Lafayette.
Day 7- 10 Baton Rouge, LA - New Orleans, LA Look forward to a visit to the most photographed
elegant antebellum sugar plantation in the south, Oak Alley. This afternoon we’ll visit Laura
Creole Plantation, built in 1805, and still surrounded by sugarcane, the farmstead with 12
historic buildings, gardens and former slave quarters.
We’ll drive the interstate through miles of Atchafalya Swamp this afternoon and into New
Orleans for our four night stay in the heart of all the action right near the French Quarter.

Day 1 Cornwall - Troy, MI Excitement
is in the air as we begin our journey to
the Ozark town of Branson. We head
southwest to the Sarnia border
and will stay in Troy Michigan area

Day 2 Troy MI - Effingham, IL
Today we cross what is known
as the prairie states. While our
overnight stay is in Illinois, we are
a short distance over the border into
Missouri.
Day 3-7 Branson By early to mid-afternoon
we will be driving the streets of Branson with the
sights and sounds of Christmas everywhere. This year’s
shows once again are a combination of new & old with the extra day allowing you choice on
two different evenings. Show lineup includes Shoji Tabuchi, Mel Tillis, Jonah at The Sight
& Sound Theatre, Presleys, and The Group Six will entertain you. Two great dinner shows,
Branson Belle & Dixie Stampede, will add an entertaining mix and a great meal to the
evening to your show lineup. Each show usually includes approximately half Christmas
focus. There are plenty of things to do from shopping excursions at outlet centres, to
the historic Dick’s 5 & 10 in Historic Downtown Branson. You’ll be staying at the lovely
Hotel Grand Victorian, so central to everything in Branson including great shopping.
Day 8 Branson - Collinsville, IL We start our homeward journey today, with lots
of after-glowing from five nights of shows. St. Louis has always been classified as the
place where the American West began. You have choice in St Louis today to take the
ride to the top of the arch, or take in one of two theatre presentations at the arch, one
about the Lewis and Clarke expedition to open the west, and the other about the building
of the Arch. It is a short drive to our overnight hotel on the outskirts of St Louis tonight.
Day 9 Collinsville - Windsor, ON We’ll take a different route this morning traveling across
the centre part of Indiana to Indianapolis, and then due north to Detroit and over the border
to Windsor Ontario for our overnight stay.

SEATING: Seats may not be reserved in the motorcoach; they are first come, first served. A rotation system is used
whereby you change seats at the discretion of your Tour Director on overnight and multiple day tours.
ITINERARIES: Prior to tour departing, you will be sent your tour package which will contain a detailed itinerary,
luggage tags, insurance particulars, where applicable, and a complete listing of hotels with phone numbers. This is
sent to each client prior to tour departure date, electronically or by mail.
DEPOSIT: Reservations will be confirmed when the deposit is received in the amount indicated on individual trip
descriptions. Tentative reservations will be held for ten days pending receipt of required deposit. Registrations can
still be accepted up to 48 hours prior to tour departing, provided the tour is not sold out, and provided we can secure
all components advertised.
TOUR PRICE: Canadian Dollar prices listed are per person based on single, double, triple & quad occupancy. All
taxes where applicable are included. Prices are based upon costs and conditions at the time of printing (February
2015) and are subject to change. Please note: Jolly Tours may not be able to guarantee brochure rates after tour
balance due date on group tours that include air & or cruise. Also, prevailing rates for hotels and theatre or other
tickets may apply on some tours for last minute bookings.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
For your own safety and protection, we always recommend that you have adequate medical insurance when traveling
outside of Ontario. Jolly Tours has partnered with Manulife Insurance and would be pleased to advise you of the
options available to you.
CANCELLATION & TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE
Cancellation & Trip interruption insurance is included, noted on each itinerary. * Cancellation Insurance protects
your dollars paid should you need to cancel. The terms and conditions of this insurance are specifically outlined
in the insurance policy. You must advise our office within one day after the cause of cancellation occurs otherwise
reimbursement may be reduced by the Insurance Company. If you have a pre-existing condition, please inquire
about your insurance validity at the time of booking. In general, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, your
condition must have been stable prior to your registration date in order for the policy to cover in case of cancellation
due to this illness. Cancellation due to illness requires a written Doctors report.
If a client has booked and paid for a tour without cruise and air, and needs to cancel for reasons not otherwise covered
by the Insurance Policy, and is capable of replacing themselves, no charges will be made except for a minimum $25 +
tax administration fee to the person cancelling.

In the event of cancellation, transfer of monies from one person to another cannot be made due to regulations.
Therefore the person who has cancelled will receive from Jolly Tours a refund in the amount required, and the person
who is replacing, will need to pay for their tour in full.
If a person is traveling with a partner whether it is Double, Triple or Quad, and replacement is not found, the remaining
travelers will be charged for the change in occupancy. For example: Two people traveling together find that one needs
to cancel, then remaining partner will be charged the difference from double to single. In all instances, Jolly Tours
needs to be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours.
There will be a $25 + tax change fee levied to change room occupation on a deposited registration.
* Surcharge may apply on cancellation insurance premium in upper age categories.

List of Charges for motorcoach only tours of 7 days or less in Canada and United States:
Up to 60 days before departure - full refund, less a minimum $25 + tax administration fee per person.
59 days to departure day - 100% of tour price non-refundable
List of Charges for motorcoach only tours of 8 days or more in Canada and United States:
Up to 90 days before departure - full refund, less a minimum $25 + tax administration fee per person.
89 days to departure day - 100% of tour price non-refundable
List of Charges for tours which involve air flights and cruises:
Up to date of full payment, the charge is non-refundable deposit
From the time of full payment to departure day – 100% of tour price is non-refundable
Day Trips:
There is no Cancellation Insurance on Day Trips, however full refund less a $25 + tax administration fee outside of
72 hours (3 business days), will be issued on most day trips. Regrettably, cancellation within 72 hours (3 business
days) of a scheduled day trip is 100% non-refundable. The only exception to our day trip refund policy is when high
profile concerts or venues are included in the day trip. These day trips will be 100% non-refundable 21 days prior to
departure. Receipted day trips are non-transferrable.
TOURS IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER OPERATORS
Prices, terms, conditions, scheduling changes, deposits, refunds and all other matters advertised in conjunction with
other tour operators and cruise lines are subject to the terms and conditions as published by each operator and are
subject to changes / cancellations with notice.
Jolly Tours partners with and contracts with many third party suppliers who may provide travel services such as flights,
cruises, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, car rentals or other activities included in your tour. Jolly Tours makes every effort
to deal with only the most reputable suppliers, but Jolly Tours is not responsible for any acts and / or omissions by
any third-party suppliers, their employees, representatives or agents. Jolly Tours is not responsible for any schedule
changes, re-routing or changes related to any cruise itineraries, flight schedules, hotels, changes in itineraries, where
applicable.
Living standards and practices at destination as well as the standards and conditions with respect to the provision of
services and accommodations may differ from those found in Canada.
* Each end supplier and Jolly Tours Ltd. reserve the right to re-instate a fuel supplement or price change due to
currency fluctuation changes for all guests at any time.
