BOKWA® FITNESS
Bokwa® is a new and completely different ap-
proach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Participants move in the
direction of letters and numbers while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout
routine. Moving together to today's most popular music. Participants of all ages draw the Bokwa
L, C, J and dozens of other steps. Because
Bokwa® steps are sturctured and based on the
forms of letters and numbers it does not require
you to count steps. Simply feel the music and
freely move with the beat. The music is energizing and addictive and it is likely the same feel
good songs you listen to in your car. Because of
the energizing music, the fun and predictable steps
and great motivation coming from people moving together to music, it does not feel like working our at all.
Come join the fun, while buning off calories in the
workout. The instructor is licensed to teach Bokwa®
Fitness - Level 1. Adults only!

RECREATION & FITNESS
HATHA YOGA
ENHANCES LIFE
Yoga is an ancient practice comprised of eight limbs.
In this class we will focus primarily on three of those
limbs: asana (the postures), pranayama (breathing
techniques), and dharana (concentration). As we engage in this practice, we come to know our bodies
much better. We develop awareness of the body's
habitual holding patterns. Weak areas will grow stronger and tight areas will become more flexible. General
vitality and energy levels will improve, and our ability to unwind and relax comes more easily. A balanced yoga practice develops coordination, flexibility, stamina, balance, mental clarity, increased concentration, and overall health. The instructor has been
teaching Yoga for forty years. All levels welcome.
The instructor provides some mats or bring your
own. Adults only!

During Power Hour we work on lifting and strengthening for all major muscle groups in order to increase
your overall well being. The reasons to strength train
are many, among them are: increased bone density,

sleep patterns. If you are ready to enjoy all of these
benefits and many more, please join us. No experience is required and there is no complicated choreography to follow. You will need to have one set of
weights, a mat or towel for floor work, and water
to drink. (Some resistance bands will be provided or bring your own.) Instructor can answer
questions about weight selection if needed. Err
