RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All competitors must pay Gate admission fees, IF ATTENDING THE SHOW
2. All exhibits are to be in the hands of the Secretary by 12 noon, Wednesday, June 10th 2015.

Crochet Cotton Requirements:
 Fine Crochet Cotton No 60 up to No 150
 Heavy Crochet Cotton No 40 down to Cotton No 10.
All exhibits must have securely attached the exhibitors name and class in which they are entered.

11. Prize Money and entries can be picked up 5pm Saturday 13th June 2015.
12. The Society will not accept any liability for produce exhibited, the risk being that of the exhibitor.
13. Electrical Equipment- Any exhibitors intending to bring electrical equipment and or gas bottles to the
showground’s will be required to ensure that such equipment is fitted with earth leakage circuit breakers
and that all electrical leads, tools and appliances have been inspected and tagged by a licensed electrical
contractor or gas fitter. This is essential for the safety of all exhibitors and general public and is a
requirement of work place health and safety act of 1995. The act imposes very severe penalties in the
event of non-compliance with its provisions. Any exhibitors who do not comply will not be allowed on
the Kalbar showground’s. Exhibitors should check all electrical equipment and all gas bottles to avoid
occurrences of any difficulties
14. Kalbar Show General Rules: The rules listed in this area supplement the general list provided at the
Kalbar Show Office.
The President & Members of the Kalbar Show Society thank the Queensland Government,
Department of Local Government for their financial support through the Show Societies
Grant Program.
This financial assistance is a great help to all Show Societies, assisting them to continue to
stage their Annual show, enabling their district to gain from the economic, social and cultural
benefits that shows bring to their local community.
