Please register to the event before April 28th, 2015 at event website
www.industry40.ee. Please note that the event consists of three parts and
please express your wish to attend any of these by checking the options at
the end of the registration form.

TIMINGS
The conference takes place on May 12th-13h, 2014 in Tallinn, Estonia. The first
plenary day lasts from 9.00 to 18.00. Networking event lasts from 9.00 to
11.00 on 13th May. Site visits last from 12.00 to 16.00 on 13th May.
LOCATION
The first, plenary day of the forum takes place in Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia (Liivalaia Street 33, 10118 Tallinn, Estonia). The second, networking and
site visit day starts at the hotel with networking session and then guests are
invited to use organised transport for site visits.
PARTICIPATION FEES
You are entitled to free participation if you have received invitation with the
special invitation code. In other occasions the participation fee is EUR 199
+VAT.
ACCOMMODATION
We are pleased to offer accommodation in Radisson BLU Hotel Olümpia at
special forum price of EUR 105 per Superior room (regular rate EUR 132).
