The event will be held at the Tondiraba Ice Hall from March 2-8, 2015. This information will assist you in planning your trip to Tallinn and to apply for media accreditation to cover the event. Every effort will be made to ensure journalists have all the appropriate facilities necessary to work at the event. The OC and ISU reserve the right to refuse accreditation should the number of applications exceed given space. All media will be requested to upload a copy of their professional media card and a .jpg photograph. If not in possession of a professional media card, a comment should be added to the note box provided. The deadline to apply is February 9, 2015. Accreditation will be granted to professional journalists and photographers only. Up to a total of two (2) journalists and one (1) photographer per publication are welcome to apply. Major wire services and newspapers may submit a request for two (2) photographers, however, only one (1) photographer is allowed at the rink-side. Rights holding TV and radio must also apply for accreditation via the ISU online media accreditation system. Access to the Right Holders area is restricted, therefore Right Holders are invited to contact the ISU in order to obtain a username and password. You may be asked to present a copy of the Letter of Confirmation to receive your accreditation badge. You will also be notified if your accreditation request is denied. Please note that the ISU and OC reserve the right to refuse accreditation with or without justification. Shuttle transportation will be arranged from the entrance of the Tallink City Hotel to the main venue and the practice arena. Shuttle schedules will be provided on site. Information service in the Departure Hall is opened according to the flight schedule 2 hours before the first flight and closed after the last arriving flight. Bus no. 2 leaves the airport for the city center and port every 30 minutes, and operates from 7 AM until midnight. Tickets can be bought from the bus driver with a cost 1.60 EUR. The airport bus stops are located on O floor, i.e. by car park that is located at the front of the airport, next to the so-called lower entrance. The city center bus stop is located on Laikmaa Street, between the Tallink Hotel and the large Viru Center, attached to the Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria. A Taxi stand is also just outside the departure hall. The fare from the airport to the city center should cost around 10 euros. By Train The train from Tallinn to Moscow departs every day. The railway station is situated near the Old Town and harbor. Take the tram line no. 1 or no. 2 or walk just 10 minutes to the Old Town. By Ferry The Tallinn-Helsinki sea-line is one of the busiest international passenger routes in the world. Ferries cross the Gulf of Finland between Tallinn and Helsinki several times a day, covering the distance in roughly two to four hours. From late spring to late autumn, high-speed vessels also operate on the route, reducing travel time to just an hour and a half. Ferries between Tallinn and Stockholm depart every evening, with the trip taking approximately 15 hours. By Bus International bus lines (Eurolines, Ecolines, Hansabuss) offer bus connections to many European cities. International and domestic bus lines arrive at and leave from Tallinn's Central Bus Station.
