KBE Energy acquires Ecosysteo
The photovoltaic expert today acquires a new company
The photovoltaic expert KBE Energy announces the successful buyout of the company
Ecosysteo, based in Pau – Pyrenees Atlantique (64).
Following several months of negotiation between the two companies, the Ecosysteo buyout is
completely in line with KBE Energy’s external growth strategy. The external growth of the
company was launched back in 2014 and its first success was the acquisition of Alhena Solaire.
Ecosysteo’s acquisition enables KBE Energy to strengthen its position as an expert in the
photovoltaic sector as well as its national coverage, thanks to the opening of the agency in Pau
(previously an Ecosysteo agency). As of today, KBE Energy has 5 regional agencies based in
south of France: Grenoble, Macon, Montpellier, Rodez and the new one in Pau.
