Day trips and tours along the Gulf Coast for ages13-17. Fees
are based on individual trips; payment is required at time of
registration. Teens will need money for lunch and souvenirs.
Minimum 8 and maximum 12 participants per trip.

*Recharge For Resiliency, is a support initiative through the
Airman & Family Readiness Center to help provide relief from
the unique challenges associated with deployments. This program is open to military members and their families who are or
have been deployed, on a dependent restricted assignment or
on an extended TDY for more than 30 days since Oct. 1, 2014.

Volunteer Opportunities
AFAS Youth Employment Skills (YES) Program
This program allows active duty dependent high school
freshmen-seniors to “bank” $4 in grant funding for every
hour they volunteer in an on base function for a maximum
of $1000 for four years. Students receive training, learn
valuable work skills and have a positive impact on the base.
Congressional Award Program
Ages 13.5-23 set and achieve personal goals in four areas:
• Volunteer Public Service • Personal Development
• Physical Fitness
• Expedition/Exploration
Earn a Bronze, Silver or Gold Certificate or Medal.
Program is transferable to your next duty location.
