KALFA’s Education Action Team is proud to host an outstanding 2015 Conference & Exhibition at the Crowne
Plaza Louisville Airport Hotel, Louisville, KY! We are pleased to welcome MD2U as our Premier Sponsor
and appreciate their support. Our theme, “The Wave of Senior Living” will provide the opportunity for our
communities to learn new ideas in all aspects of the senior living industry. This year’s conference will offer
two General Sessions and nine Education Breakout Sessions. There will be an opportunity to earn eight
continuing education units.
We are excited about several events: (1) Meet exhibitors during registration, (2) Keynote Luncheon with
Jeff Nally, SPHR, who will give a perspective on coaching people through transitions and setting goals for
individuals, teams and orgnizations, (3) Exhibitor Reception, (4) Cocktail Reception and Buffet at The
Kentucky Derby Museum, and (5) Breakfast with the exhibitors. These events combined with our Annual
Awards Luncheon will provide unique opportunities for learning and networking.

SPEAKER: JEFF NALLY

JEFF NALLY, SPHR, is an executive coach. He combines neuroscience
research, coaching methodologies, and well-being strategies to help
leaders achieve what they really want at work and in life. He has 21 years
of professional experience in human resources, executive coaching, and
leadership development. Jeff earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown
College and an MBA from Georgia State University. He is a certified Results
Coach and Strengths Performance Coach. He is a past chair of the Kentucky
SHRM State Council, a past president of Louisville SHRM, and was the first
recipient of The Lyle Hanna Volunteer Spirit Award. Jeff is the past chair
of The Council on Executive Coaching and is a member of the International
Coach Federation and the Ohio Valley Professional Coaches Alliance.
