ENTER INTO STRATEGIC AGREEMENT
Relationship offers expanded EHS capabilities to chemical and energy companies
Austin, Texas (April 13, 2015) - Kestrel Management, a leading provider of operational risk management
and process improvement services, and DiSorbo Consulting, the premier environmental permitting and
compliance consulting firm in Texas, have entered into a strategic teaming agreement. This agreement
formalizes a relationship that spans over 15 years and will enable both consultants to better meet the
needs of chemical and energy companies throughout Texas and the surrounding states.
