media reports and/or media campaign(s) resulting from participation in an
Orange County Library System event, held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the
Orlando Public Library.

Contest Rules
Orange County Library System juvenile regular, property
owner or fee library card in good standing is required to
win.
Kids must be between the ages 6-12 to enter.
Up to two entries may be submitted per child.
Entries should be original poems written by the child.
Each submission must contain an Official Entry Form
which should be attached to the poem(s).
Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
Please do not sign your name or place any identifying
marks on the poem, just on the entry form.
Poems that contain inappropriate content, including but not
limited to profanity, vulgarity, excessive violence, drug or
alcohol use, or material considered offensive to any
religious or ethnic groups, gender, or physically or mentally
challenged persons will be disqualified.
By submission, the child and parent grant permission for
the library to display, photograph, and reproduce the
submitted work and/or any likeness of the work and the
participant.
The library will not be held responsible for lost or damaged
work.
Winners will be announced at the children’s program:

Saturday, May 2, 11 a.m.
Keep a copy of your poem; entries will not be returned.

determine contest winners. The decision of the judges is final.
