Locally-Owned Brixy Children's Stores Introduce Gorgeous Cribs, Dressers,
Nightstands & More That Fit A Growing Family's Budget With Flair
Raleigh, N.C. (March 16, 2015) -- When the day starts with Mother Goose and ends with Dr. Seuss,
parents deserve to be surrounded by pretty pieces. The Haven Collection, a brand new furniture line
exclusively at Brixy's 300+ children's stores, offers a retreat that is blissful for baby and admired by new
parents. Cribs, nightstands, single or double dressers have been designed with traditional style that is
rich in features.
With color themes of White Linen or Heather Gray, the Haven Collection will create a little heaven for
baby to sleep and awake in style. Store owners have described it as a timeless, classic collection at an
affordable price filled with "thoughtful features like pull-out shelving that recesses into the nightstand."
The Collection arose from feedback by neighborhood retailers who observed parents-to-be couldn't find
exactly the right pieces for their dream nursery. Like a Goldilocks dilemma, the nursery furniture was
too expensive or not stylish or just didn't please mom-to-be. Pictures in online catalogs or from
magazine spreads were wildly expensive or outlandish.
So Brixy, a trade association for independent juvenile retailers, gathered the best minds in the business -veteran designers, store owners plus feedback from consumers -- to solve the puzzle. The results are
gorgeous furniture pieces that have an extended lifetime. After all, today's baby will be tomorrow's
toddler and then a sibling!

welcome baby."

THOUGHTFUL DETAILS
The Haven Collection includes thoughtful touches that will be appreciated for years to come including
two types of drawer knobs (wood and brushed nickel) that come with every piece. Parents can easily
change the look of the dressers, bookcase and nightstand over time. Each beautiful, durable piece is
built to the highest safety standards. All finishes meet government and ASTM safety standards and all
cribs are JPMA certified for safety. Brixy retailers stock Always There Hardware so parents never have
to worry about losing a vital bolt!
"We all know babies don't stay little for very long," says Cartwright. "For added value, all of the cribs
convert to toddler beds and our lifetime crib will convert to a full sized adult bed so you can continue
to use the furniture as your little one grows. Parents tell us they love that."

Brixy's website, www.brixy.com, offers a virtual nursery planner to plot some ideas before ever walking
into the downtown store. "It’s much easier to move furniture on a screen than to push a crib and dressers
around a room, so here’s your chance to get creative without hurting your back!" teases the website.
"You can use the Planner to make sure that the furniture you have in mind will fit the room, try different
layouts, and even share the designs with friends for feedback." Hint: Grandmas-to-be appreciate being
asked!
