Fellow Turf Junkie,
On May 19-24th, 2015 The Pete Dye Course at French Lick will host the 76th Senior PGA Championship
presented by Kitchen Aid. It is hard to believe that in less than 5 months, the golf world will be focused
on us at French Lick. It has been a long journey over the last 7 years. We can’t wait to be a part of golf
history and host some of the greatest golfers the game has ever seen.
We cannot do this alone! We need your help. We are currently building a tournament prep team that
includes a maintenance volunteer division. We need assistance for the entire week starting Monday,
May 18th and ending Sunday May 24th. If you are interested in helping out with the championship, please
indicate shirt size on the attached sheet. Please mark the shifts/days that you can commit to attending.
If you are affiliated with another course and want to rotate team members, please indicate on the form.
If you need housing during the time you are helping, we have the ability to provide at no cost. Please
indicate the nights you plan on staying on the attached sheet.
Morning shifts will be form 4:30 am-8:00 am daily and afternoon shifts will be 4:30 pm- completion. We
will provide you with golf attire and golf passes. Maintenance volunteers will also have access to our
Maintenance Hospitality Tent. We look forward to strengthening industry relationships, great food and
creating some unforgettable memories. I hope that you can join us.
