Approval of 2014 AGM Minutes Approval of Agenda President’s Report ***Special Resolution to update the Killarney Skating Club Bylaws. This resolution is to adopt a new set of Club Bylaws as set out by the BC/YK Section. The Section has used legal advice and expertise to create a standardized set of Bylaws for each Skating Club so that these Bylaws will meet the legal requirements of the new Federal Not-for-Profit Act. Once the new Bylaws have been approved upon the completion of this AGM, there shall be up to eleven (11) executive which will come into effect June 2016.
