ADAD is an ICM (Integrated Case Management) program for persons with drug and alcohol problems who are under the
supervision of one of four departments of the Criminal Justice System (Department of Public Safety’s Intake Service
Center, Judiciary’s Adult Probation, Department of Public Safety’s Corrections Division, Hawaii paroling Authority), who
refer cases to us. In a year we service approximately 60 pre-trial release offenders, 75 felons on probation, 17 inmates in
transition, and 88 parolees. Service is provided on the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. The primary purpose of
this program is to rehabilitate and enable consumers to return to the highest possible level of functioning. The staff to
consumer ratio is 1 FTE (full-time equivalent) staff person for an average of 25 active consumers, excluding
administrative, clerical, and ancillary staff.

Use for a personal drug test or to test a family member. Veri-5 tests for five popular street drugs:
amphetamines “crystal meth” or “ice”, cocaine, marijuana, opiates and PCP.
Provides you accurate laboratory drug testing without a physician request.
Have an experienced laboratory run your test. No kit to figure out, interpret, and wonder if the test is
accurate.
Results given by confidential PIN number over the phone.
NOTE: Veri-5 results are not intended for medical, workplace or law enforcement purposes.
Veri-5 is available at all DLS Satellite Locations.
If you are concerned about a family member that may be abusing either illegal or prescription drugs, please consult your
family physician.
