The team is made up of qualified child health professionals, and offers information and support to families with children up to 18 years. Topics may include: newborn babies, becoming a new parent, and age specific development information ■ Young parents support ■ Specific parenting programs eg. Postnatal well-being, support and Positive Parenting Program ■ Social Work/Psychologist support and assistance. This may include counselling, adjusting to parenting, loss and grief, postnatal depression and coping with stress.
