BOIL - FRY - STEW - STEAM - PURÉE - DOUGH
Recipes are organised by auto modes: Boil, Fry, Stew, Steam, Purée and Dough.
The recipes give step-by-step instructions or you can program manually
and develop your own recipes.
Settings (temperature, time and speed) activate automatically during auto ­mode
cooking; you may also adapt these manually.
Boil mode creates delicious soups and bisques. It is also great for creating
jams and jellies, stock, and other foods that need to cook at a boil for several
minutes.
Fry mode creates delicious stir-fries, oriental-style dishes, and easy scrambled
eggs and bacon.
Stew mode features a wide range of pre-programmed modes for creating
everything from sauces to risotto. Whether you want Irish Stew, Béarnaise
sauce, or Ratatouille, stew mode presets allow you to prepare everyday dishes
quickly and easily.
Steam mode uses upper, lower, and inner steamer baskets to allow you to
steam vegetables, fish, mussels, and more. This mode is excellent for delicate
foods and cooking with indirect heat.
Puree mode combines the cooking and chopping abilities of the Cook
Processor to make preparing hummus or shrimp croquettes a snap.
Dough mode allows you to knead and proof easily with minimal effort.
Whether you are preparing homemade pizza crust or making bread, the Cook
Processor makes it easy.

Big capacity 4.5L cooking bowl
The 4.5L stainless steel bowl provides sufficient capacity for
any recipe. Boil, Fry, Steam, Purée, Dough .... everything starts
here.
Hinged lid and measuring cup
A bowl lid opening system to easily add ingredients and monitor
the cooking process.
The lid comes with a removable measuring cup for small
quantities up to 100ml.

StirAssist
Rotates inside the bowl and ensures
ingredients are continually stirred,
providing even cooking and
'stirred by hand' results.
MultiBlade
For quick and thorough chopping,
mixing and mincing. This stainless
steel blade chops coarsely or finely,
depending on the speed. The faster
the knife rotates, the finer it chops.
Dough Blade
To mix and knead dough for breads,
pizzas, cakes and other treats.
Mini-Bowl and MiniBlade
Simply use the mini-bowl and stainless
steel miniblade, inside the larger bowl,
for small chopping and mixing jobs, low
quantity recipes or single servings.
Egg Whip
Specially designed to optimise the
best whipping results. It’s ideal for
incorporating air into eggs and egg whites
as well as whipping cream and blending
dips for meringues, mousses, soufflé and
other desserts.

Steamer baskets
Steamer lid, upper and lower steamer baskets
Gently cooking with indirect heat results in delicate, healthy
dishes. The upper basket is ideal for steaming fish while the
lower one is best for vegetables. Use these baskets at the
same time to cook different food/dishes simultaneously.
Inner steamer basket
The inner basket allows you to steam or boil fish, fruit and
vegetables.

150 g onions, peeled and cut
into 4
1 kg tomatoes, cut into 4
1 leek, roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil

2 sprigs of fresh tarragon
2 cubes of beef stock
750 ml water
2 tbsp tomato puree
3 tbsp sugar
350 g freshly prepared meatballs
(2 cm)
pepper & salt
Preparation
Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ into the
bowl. Add the onion, tomatoes
and leek. Close the lid. Press
Pulse for 15 seconds. Open and
scrape down.
Add the olive oil to the bowl.
Close the lid but remove the
measuring cup. Select BOIL P2
and press Start. Step 1 shows
on the display. Press Start to

After Step 1: add the parsley,
tarragon, stock cubes, water,
tomato puree and sugar.
Close the lid. Press Start to
activate Step 2.
After Step 2: press cancel to
exit keep warm mode. Open
and remove the tarragon
sprigs. Close the lid. Set the
timer to 2 minutes, press Start
and slowly increase the speed
to 10.
Add the raw meatballs to the
soup. Close. Set the
temperature to 110°C and the
timer to 5 minutes. Press Start.
Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Serve hot.
