Lace up your athletic shoes and help fight back against cancer during the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of NW Harris County on May 2, 2015. This family-friendly event requires no athletic prowess, and everyone from the community is invited to attend. Participants at the RFL of NW Harris County 2015 will take to the track from noon till midnight at Klein Oak High School the first Saturday in May. The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people around the world to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and empower individuals and communities to fight back against a disease that takes too much. To date, more than $1.1 million has been raised in Spring, Klein and Tomball to help our friends and neighbors battle all kinds of cancer. Teams of participants will join the fun on this date. Join the excitement of raising money to fight cancer and create a world with more birthdays. Connect to a community poised to “Finish the Fight.” Entertainment, games, great prizes, and team building experiences are added bonuses.
