Keep up to date via our Facebook Page or Mobile App! Lap Swimming Tips: Please enter the pool from the shallow end. To avoid accidents, when entering an occupied lane please get the first swimmers’ acknowledgement that you are there. Please get kickboards, pull buoys, etc. before pool. Directions: If there are 1 or 2 swimmers in a lane, they may elect to split the lane in half. The entrance of a third person immediately changes the lane to “circle” swimming format. Speed: Please try to choose a lane with swimmers that most nearly match your speed. Deep Water: Exercise in the deep end of the pool with the help of aqua belts and other instructional equipment. This is an excellent class for those who are rehabilitating from joint, muscle, and/or back injuries. This class will meet three times a week to promote fitness, strength, flexibility, and water resistance. Aquabeat: A fun, music filled aqua exercise class. This is a more advanced workout, for the faster paced person. You do not need to know how to swim to participate in this class.
