Admission
Any student who has successfully completed the Tamil Nadu Higher
Secondary Course equivalent to it, is eligible for admission to the bachelor’s
degree course. Catholics are given preference.
Admission Procedure
Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form, which can
be obtained from Krishna Arts & Science College Campus.
Fill in the Subject Code as specified in the prospectus.


Affix your stamp size photo on the application without fail.
Enclose all the required documents specified in the application.

Submission of the filled application forms:







The filled in application for all courses,along with required enclosures
should reach the College Office within 30 days from the date of application
of the Tamil Nadu Secondary Examinations result.
The incomplete application and the application received after the deadline
will be rejected.
The duly filled in application form along with the following documents,the
application number on the top of each sheet,should reach the college office
on or before the dates mentioned above.
Attested photocopy of the qualifying examination mark statement.
Attested photocopy of community certificate (BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST).
Attested photocopy of certificate of proof for differently abled / Sports /NCC
/ Ex-Serviceman etc.
Attested photocopy of Baptism certificate for Roman Catholic.
ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE :
Eligibility certificate from Periyar University should be produced by
candidates who have passed the following examinations:
a) H.Sc. Examination of Tamil Nadu Government (Private Study)
b) Private candidate from the CBSE under the open school system.
c) Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations conducted by all other State
Board in India.
The candidate is admitted to the courses mentioned above after due scrutiny
of application and required documents.
WITHDRAWAL
A student once enrolled for a course is expected to complete the same.
Students may not withdraw from the college without informing the
Principal in writing. Otherwise she will be liable to pay fees for the period
her name remains on the rolls.
MODE OF PAYMENT
The provisionally selected candidate is expected to pay the prescribed fees
(Only by CASH) on the date and time specified in the call-letter without fail.
Failing which the provisional selection will be automatically cancelled.
