Issue of Application Forms: From 1st Dec 2014 to 30th Dec 2014 (On all working days, between 8.00 am to 2.00 pm) 2. Last date for submission of filled-up Admission Forms: 4th Jan 2015 between 8.00 am to 2.00 pm 3. Date for interaction: (1). 14th February 2015 (2). 21st February 2015 4. Fee Structure: The details of the fee structure will be displayed on the School Notice Board by the second week of January, 2015. 5. Documents and other essential items to be submitted at the time of admission: i) Attested copy of the birth certificate. Kindly bring the original birth certificate for verification. ii) Two latest passport size colour photographs of the students. iii) Attested copies of residential proof viz. Voter ID, Ration Card etc. iv) Vaccination certificate of doctor. 6. The regular classes will commence from 1st April 2015. 7. Student’s born between 1st October 2011 to 30th September 2012 are eligible for admission to Nursery. 8. Selected students along with parents will have orientation meeting on 21st March 2015, between 8:30am to 9:00am in new school building auditorium.
