Tuesdays: 9am-10am; 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
Wednesdays: 6pm-7pm; 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
Saturdays: 1pm-2pm; 11th, 18th and 25th
Sundays: 12pm-1pm; 12th, 19th and 26th
