ANNUAL GET TOGETHER 2015

Dear Members,
Along with our hosts, Helen White and Viliami Ma’asi, it gives me great pleasure to formally invite you to this years annual GetTogether. This year we celebrate in the Georgian Town of Ampthill, which has a rich history that includes the imprisonment of Katherine
of Aragon and the town also provided the birthplace to the man that named New York, Colonel Richard Nicolls.
We are excited to be holding our Get Together in a marquee on the grounds of Ampthill Rugby Club, where we will also camp and have
use of the clubhouse facilities.

Doors open at 9.30am for members to browse the stalls and see traditional artefacts.
AGM begins at 11am.
Camping:
Guests will be able to camp onsite at Ampthill RUFC in an allocated area, which is right next to the club facilities. For our security, the
campsite area will be hidden behind the marquee. Campers are welcome to arrive from midday on Thursday 23rd and stay until Sunday
26th July. Toilets (including a disabled toilet) and showers will be available to use at all times for the duration of your stay. Please note
that there is one shower block that has about 20 showers in it. We will create a timetable for the shower block, so the men and women can
have separate shower times. There is also an individual shower (normally used by the referee), which we can use if the timetable doesn’t
suit anybody’s personal needs.
