The yeast lends a note of clove and in combination with the malts, hints of plum and apricot. The malts provide a distinct honey quality up front and a round full middle. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. The berries add a fruity aroma, tartly sweet taste and a subtle purple color and haze...you may see fruit pulp in the beer. 4.2% ABV Espolon Reposado, Cointreau Cuervo Gold, Grand Marnier Hangar One Mandarin Blossom, fresh lemon and lime juice, Stoli Ginger Beer in a classic copper cup!
