Seedling Program in 2009, there has been
an incredible 106,219 trees planted in the
Lakehead Region Conservation Authority
(LRCA) watershed.
About The Seedlings
Seedling stock is locally grown by Hill’s
Greenhouses Ltd. in Murillo, Ontario. Seeds

About The Price for 2015!
In support of private land stewardship
efforts, the LRCA is able to offer conifer tree
seedling stock at a subsidized price through
Hill’s Greenhouses Ltd. The LRCA does not
profit from the sale of tree seedlings.
Terms and Conditions:
Orders (species and quantity) are subject to nursery availability. Orders close May 6, 2015 (or earlier depending on subsidy
availability). Tree seedlings are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tree seedlings are not
returnable and survival is not guaranteed after pick-up. Seedlings not picked-up on the scheduled date become the property
of the LRCA. Customer must be a private landowner, not a business. Private landowners agree not to commercially re-sell
the trees (i.e. commercial nurseries or landscaping companies). All orders are subject to approval by LRCA Staff and must
contribute to the goals of the Authority.
