The prizes: VIP tickets to Hibernian v Hearts

1. The competition is a prize draw.
2. The competition is open to residents of mainland Britain aged 18 years old or over. Entrants
should note that proof of identity, address and age may be required and use of a false name, identity
or address will result in disqualification.
3. All entries must be made by Marathonbet.co.uk customers.
4. This competition is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of
Marathon Alderney Limited, Panbet Limited, Hibernian Football Club, any company involved in the
promotion of the competition, including any printers and agents, and any other company associated
with the competition.
5. For competition entry, eligible entrants must place a single pre-match bet of at least £5 on any
sporting event with Marathonbet.co.uk between 06/04/2015 and 08/04/2015 and enter their
Marathonbet.co.uk username onto the correct competition landing page.
6. Each individual is welcome to enter the competition once only.
6.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and have an account on Marathonbet.co.uk.
7. The competition will end on Wednesday 8 April at 20:00. Winners will be chosen at random by
Marathon Alderney Limited/Panbet Limited and be notified on Thursday 9 April.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone. The winners will then have two hours to respond to this
notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within two hours of notification then
the prize will be released.
9. Four first place prize winners will each receive a pair of two VIP tickets to Hibernian v Hearts on
12/04/2015.
10. Three second place prize winners will each receive a Hibernian shirt signed by the current first
team squad.
11. Three third place winners will each receive FIFA 15 on Xbox One or PS4
12. Marathon Alderney Limited and Hibernian Football Club accept no liability for any injuries or
illness that may occur throughout the duration of the competition prize.
13. Marathon Alderney Limited and Hibernian Football Club accept no liability for lost tickets.
14. The competition winners and guests must make their own way to Easter Road at their own
expense.
15. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the
competition and should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
16. Prizes shall be awarded at the discretion of Marathon Alderney Limited. If Marathon Alderney
Limited considers that any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the
competition, they reserve the right to refuse to award any prize.
17. No responsibility is accepted for delayed or mis-transmitted entries.
18. Marathon Alderney Limited reserves the right to use the name and photographs of the winner
for the purposes of publicity and in particular to publish this information in any of the following:
event publications, the Marathon Alderney Limited and Hibernian Football Club websites and social
media channels. The winner will reasonably cooperate with any publicity, which arises as a result of
their winning the competition.
19. Any information collected by Marathon Alderney Limited throughout the competition can be
used in any marketing or CRM campaign.
20. The prizes are as stated and are subject to availability and the suppliers’ terms and conditions. In
the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside Marathon Alderney Limited’s control
they reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value. Marathon Alderney Limited is not
responsible for the quality of any goods supplied.
21. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The prizes may be
taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
22. Marathon Alderney Limited will not provide, or put money towards, any transport to and from
Easter Road. Entrants must provide their own transport on every occasion.
23. Marathon Alderney Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Marathon Alderney Limited reserves the right to amend the terms of this competition or to extend
or withdraw this offer without explanation at any time.
24. The winner agrees that the copyright on any Marathon Alderney Limited videos shall be owned
by Marathon Alderney Limited.
25. All entries to the competition and any copyright subsisting in the entries shall become and
remain the property of Marathon Alderney Limited.
26. Marathon Alderney Limited, Hibernian Football Club and their affiliates shall not be responsible,
and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect,
incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other
cause, which is suffered as a result of your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or
use by you of any prize, or by any action taken by Marathon Alderney Limited or any of their
affiliates in accordance with these terms and conditions.
27. By entering this competition, you give permission for the information you provided to be used by
Marathon Alderney Limited in all marketing campaigns.
28. You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependants, heirs, assignees or any other
beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by
you, or your partner (if applicable), (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of
any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability,
expense and/or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, in relation to your entry into this
competition and/or acceptance and/or use by you of a prize.
29. Marathon Alderney are the promoters of this competition. Marathon Alderney Limited,
Millennium House, Ollivier Street, Alderney, Channel Islands, GY9 3TD (Marathon Alderney Limited
are a company registered in Alderney, register no. 1686).
30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action
arising out of these terms shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales, and you
hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a
convenient forum for you.

5. This offer is available for bets placed through the website and mobile app only. This offer excludes
in-store and in-stadia betting.
6. To claim this enhanced offer, customers must place a pre-match bet of up to £5 on Hibernian to
beat Dumbarton on Wednesday 8 April in the Scottish Championship at the standard Marathonbet
odds. The customer must then enter their Marathonbet username into the allocated competition

7. Username details must be entered into the landing page by 8:00pm on Wednesday 8 April.
8. If Hibernian beat Dumbarton, we will pay out your winnings from the current market price
immediately. Accounts will then be topped up with the extra winnings within 72 hours.
9. The 3/1 offer is only available to the first £5 staked. Any money placed on top of this will only
receive the current market odds as stated on the Marathonbet website.
10. Bets as part of multiples are not included in this promotion. The 3/1 enhancement is for the
single bet only.
11. If you place a bet AFTER the event has already started your bet will not qualify.
12. You can only take part using one account. If Marathon Alderney find that you have used more
than one account to participate, we reserve the right to withhold any winnings earned on the
duplicate account.
