Join us for a day tour to the Portland Art Museum to see- "Gods and Heroes:
Masterpieces from the École des Beaux-Arts, Paris". The bus leaves the YVCC parking
lot at 7am and returns at 7pm that evening. Ticket includes bus transportation and entrance
to the museum. Our special docent guided tour will be in the morning; you will have the
afternoon free to explore Portland. Please report back to the museum by 4pm as the bus
leaves promptly at 4:30.

The goal for this workshop is that each of you becomes confident in knowing how to use your
digital camera. Together we'll discuss why we take pictures, we'll explore the digital capture
process, when, why and how to adjust YOUR camera's settings and how those settings can
be changed creatively to get the images you want.
Workshop is from 9am to 4pm in the Larson Gallery with a lunch break. Class size is limited to

In this introduction to 2-D animation students will learn how to do a walk cycle,
a bouncing ball, as well as a bird flying cycle. Open to individuals 12 & up,
should have some drawing experience. Workshop is from 9am to 2pm in the

how to explore additional accessories, how to use photo applications for adjusting images, and
how to share with others such as your own online gallery. Make phone calls with your digital
camera!

Family Workshop with Jessica Smith! Color Me Healthy: Eat A Rainbow

Are you searching for a way to get your children to enjoy a variety of fruits and
vegetables? Join Chef Jessica Smith, a Jamie Oliver Food Revolution Ambassador, in
the Larson Gallery for an interactive afternoon of preparing healthy and creative
snacks that both you and your children will love to make and eat. In addition to tasting
a rainbow of treats, you will be given recipes, ideas and resources. For ages 8 and up.
All children must have a parent or guardian present. Materials list will be provided.
ENROLLMENT LIMITS FOR ALL WORKSHOPS
General limits = 10 minimum and 25 maximum.
TIMES
Check each workshop listing for times. An hour is set aside for lunch; you may
bring a lunch or fast food options are available in the area.
FEES
The Larson Gallery is a non-profit organization and fees are kept as reasonable
as possible and based on contact hours. See fee schedule on registration form.
LARSON GALLERY GUILD MEMBER DISCOUNT
A 10% discount is given on workshop fees to current Larson Gallery Guild
members at the contributor level ($65) or above.

RESERVATIONS
Payment ensures reservation on a first-come, first-enrolled basis. All money will
be refunded if the workshop is already full or is cancelled due to underenrollment. After minimum enrollment has been reached and the confirmation
letter sent, enrollee cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to the starting date will receive
only a 50% refund of workshop fees.
