Children 6 years and over must use gender
appropriate changerooms.
Deck Rules
Parents and guardians of children ages 6 & up are not
permitted to remain on deck during lessons.
* Shoes are not permitted on pool deck.

▪ Facility Rentals
The use of photographic devices are prohibited in the
swimming pool area and locker room areas.
Note:
♦ Learn to Swim level only $45 for 3rd & subsequent
family.
♦ Courses offered in French as demand / resources
permit.
♦ Dates & prices subject to CHANGE.
♦ Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
♦ Applicable taxes for ages 15 and over on materials
& lessons.
♦ Late registration: Full fee applies
♦ First come, First serve basis
REFUND POLICY
1) NO REFUND or transfers after 2nd lesson.
2) NO REFUND for Lifesaving & Leadership
courses within 48 hours of the course
starting date.
3) A minimum administration fee of $10.00 will
be withheld for cancellations.
RECEIPT POLICY
1. NO DUPLICATE will be issued.
2. Receipts for payments made by credit cards can be
picked up in the Voyageur Campus Recreation office
up to one month following the payment date or during
lessons.
Interruptions
In case of program interruptions due to unforeseen
weather conditions or facility malfunctions prior to 4pm
weekdays call 675-1151 ext. 1002, after hours
