Manage Grades by Class allows users to enter/edit grades for any teacher and any school year. Users with the Office Manager, Principal, Scheduling Administrator, Counselor Plus, Counselor, School Office-Mark Reporting and Summer School Counselor roles will be able to perform the tasks in this document. The job aid was created using the Scheduling Administrator role. Step 1 Log into MiSiS with the following URL: http://misis.lausd.net/start, from your internet browser, using your single sign-on (SSO) user ID and password. 1 Step 2 Select the correct user role from the landing page, as required (Example: Scheduling Administrator). 2 Step 3 Hover over the Admin menu tab and select Manage Grades by Class. 3 Page 1 Manage Grades by Class Step 4 Click on the dropdown list for School Year and select the appropriate value. 4 Step 5 Click on the dropdown list for School and select the appropriate value. 5 Step 6 Click on the dropdown list for Staff and select the appropriate teacher. 6 Step 7 Click on the dropdown list for Term Code and select the appropriate value. 7 Step 8 To access marks for Academic, Work Habits and Cooperation - click on the View Grades link for the appropriate course. 8 Page 2 Manage Grades by Class Step 9 Click on the dropdown list for Grading Period and select the appropriate value. 9 Step 10 Click the Edit button. 10 Step 11 Click on the Points field and enter the appropriate value. 11 Step 12a Step 12b Step 12c Step 12d Click on the AC (Academic) drop down arrow and select the appropriate value. Click on the WH (Work Habits) drop down arrow and select the appropriate value. Click on the CP (Cooperation) drop down arrow and select the appropriate value.
