CAUTION
There is a possibility of inviting errors due to voltage deduction
when the high-capacity equipments which have large load charge
are installed on the same power line.allowable voltage:230V±10%
Locate the cable to a pos iti on where t here is no contact to
chemicals and water. There is a possibility of leading leakage.
Protection from
water
CAUTION
Protection from step
CAUTION
Cover the cable by conduit if there is a possibility of pouring the
liquid tothe cable.
Do not tread and get stuck on the cable. If there is a possibility
oftreading the cable, cover the cable by cond uit to avoid the
possibility of leading to breaking the cable.
The cables deteriorate with age. Although the appearance is not
amaged, the cable may be damaged inside, so carry out routine
maintenance by professional.

Edge before
Inserting
If the plate is bent, transporting trouble will be caused. Before
inserting the plate into the processor, check if it isn't bent.
Periodical
Replacement of
Filter
If filter replacement is neglected, plate faults may be caused due to
insufficient shower flow.
Periodical
Replacement of
Brush
The brush attached to the machine is consumable, and i f it is
deteriorated, plate faults may be caused. It is necessary to replace it
either every 2 years or 20,000 plates to maintain the developing
performance.
12 TWL-1160FII/860FII Instruction Manual
For Maintaining Performance of Machine
Periodical
Replacement of

Test Run
Preparation
44 The processor is ready for operation. Mount all the covers.
There is a limit switch on the side cover, and the processor will
not start operation when the cover is attached to the right position.
(The breaker will not be turned on)
45 Follow the instruction manual and prepare for operation.
Test Run
46 Open the main water supply valve. Turn on the main power, and
turn on the circuit breaker of the processor.
The plate inserting port OK lamp, located above the plate feed
table, will turn on when the pre-treatment solution temperature
rises to the pre-set temperature.
47 Set the solution temperature and processor speed.
Items to be checked
48 Check roller nip pressure.
C heck whe the r the pla te is tr ansported stra ight, a nd the
solution is sufficiently removed by the last rollers of each unit.
49 Measure the brush pressure.
Developing brush …… 13 ∼ 15mm
After-treatment brush …… 9 ∼ 11mm
Washing brush …… 9 ∼ 11mm
50 Check the fresh water supply rate during plate transportation.
L/min
flow control screw
The arrowed line in the drawing is the flow rate. Turn the flow
control screw clockwise to increase the flow rate.
The appropriate flow rate is 2 L/min for developing water, and
2L/min for washing water.
