Wear protective goggles to prevent splashing solution f rom entering your eyes, and wea r rubber gloves to pre vent it f rom sticking to your skin. When the treatment solution is replenished from a 18-liter can, use the baby pump provided instead of putting it in directly from the can. Be careful not to put it in the adjacent tank. For the afte r-tr eatm ent portion, put in the solution over the bursh. If the solution is replenished too much, remove the right side cover of the r elevant ta nk, place a proper c onta ine r or the treatment solution can under the drain valve under the liquid level gauge, and slowly open the drain valve to drain the solution. Checking after Replenishing Treatment Solution 7 Return the removed brush cover and the lid (right side cover) to their original positions. 8 Check the level of the developing water/treatment solution with the liquid level gauge again. 9 If the specified level is reached, the automatic operation can be started. Check the rate of shower flow and adjust the opening of the shower flow valve according to the following procedure, if it is low. Procedure Checking the Rate of Shower Flow /Spraying Direction Preparation for working 1 Remove lid of each treatment portion. For the developing, aftertreatment, and water washing portions, the brush cover should also be removed. When the lid is removed, wear protective goggles to prevent splashing solution from entering your eyes. Especially in the negative type pre-treatment portion, mist tends to occ ur, and conta ct lenses must be removed and your face must not be put near the top of the pre-treatment tank. The lid should be removed by two persons holding both sides. Ther e is a possibility of the c over being da ma ged due to dropping, etc. 2 3 Turn ON the power breaker of the processor. Set the [POWER] switch of the operating portion to ON and press the [PUMP] switch in the manual operation mode ( [AUTO] switch is dark).
