Registration: Mayo Clinic Florida is pleased to offer comprehensive educational seminars for patients and their families impacted by Frontotemporal Dementia, Dementia with Lewy Bodies, Parkinson’s Disease and related disorders, Vascular Dementia, and Mild Cognitive Impairment. • Any supportive care partner, family member or friend. Please indicate below which seminar(s) you would like to attend: A dedicated single day educational program provides families with information helpful to understand and cope with symptoms associated with each disorder. Participants will learn from experts in the field in a supportive setting along with other families and care providers. Schedule: Each seminar is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on the following days: May 1 Frontotemporal Dementia May 15 Dementia with Lewy Bodies • The content is designed for families and care partners. Persons diagnosed with the disorder are welcome to attend; however, please take into consideration the length of the day (5 hours) when deciding to attend. • Health care professionals.
