It is an abnormality in the heart’s electrical system that abruptly stops the heartbeat. It is fatal in 92 percent of cases if not properly treated within minutes. San Diego loses three to five teens every year from SCA. These kids could have been saved with a simple, non-invasive EKG. Grad Night is held the night of graduation, June 12th. Students are to be dropped off between 9:30 and 10pm in front of the LCC gym. Buses will depart at approximately 10pm for the venue and will arrive back at LCC at 5am Saturday.
