Why it is necessary for individuals in the Senior Living and Healthcare professions to develop their value system so that they are willing to stand up for what they believe in and put into practice the values they have developed and the values expressed by the organization they represent. We will discuss the power of courage and characteristics of those who are willing to stand up and not take the easy way out.
