The Symbiotic Relationship between Lean and LEADS
Monday, June 22, 2015, 12pm-1pm EDT
Register yourself and your colleagues for our second session of a webinar series on Leadership
Development in Canada. Access to this free, interactive session for CHLNet Network Partners and LEADS
Collaborative clients begins with a quick overview of Lean and its use in Saskatchewan. It will then move
into a discussion of the degree of fit between the leadership practices of Lean and LEADS. Evidence is
showing that LEADS can be used quite effectively to implement and support Lean implementation and
health system reform. Join Dr. Graham Dickson, Bonnie Blakley and Betty Mutwiri in this engaging
dialogue. To register for the webinar, click here. A paper synthesizing this topic will be available soon at
www.chlnet.ca and will be emailed out to all registrants prior to the session.
