Configurable Flex Fields are:
“EIT” and “Additional Document Details”
Difference between “Document Category”, “Document Subcategory” and
“Document Type”.
Create new Document Category:
From lookup : DOCUMENT_CATEGORY
Create a new document subcategory
From user types and statuses form
Query the “DOCUMENT_CATEGORY” in the name field
Create new document Type
Run the request “Register Document Types (EITs)”
And give it the document category and sub category as per the screenshot below.
Link the document type to responsibility
Done
Now you can create new document for employees
