PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINARY COUNCIL
MEETING
Notice is hereby given that Council will sit on the 30 March 2015
at 12h00 at the New Municipal Council Chambers to consider the
2015/2016 Annual MTREF Budget, Budget Related Policies and
the Integrated Development Programme (IDP) 2015/2016 in
accordance with Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA)
(Act 56 of 2003).
Copies of the said documents will be available at the Municipal
Offices, Lejweleputswa District Municipality, Cnr Janhofmeyer &
Tempest Road, Welkom, Public Libraries or visit our website on
www.lejwe.co.za after approval by Council. Public and interested
parties are therefore invited.
Members of the community and all stakeholders attending this
meeting are requested to be on time and be seated at 11:45 on the
day of the meeting.
