welcome to
the janssen biotech
support system
AccessOne® is your single source for support services
that will simplify access to treatment with
REMICADE® (infliximab). Janssen Biotech, Inc.,
marketer of REMICADE®, is pleased to provide you
with caring support that makes access to care easy
and convenient.
one source for coverage
Once you and your doctor decide to start treatment
with REMICADE® (infliximab), your doctor can submit a
Benefit Investigation Form (BIF) to AccessOne®.
Your personally assigned Care Coordinator will quickly
assess your insurance coverage, then call both you
and your doctor to explain:
• Your health insurance benefits
• Potential out-of-pocket expenses, including your
deductible, co-payment, and co-insurance
If your out-of-pocket costs are a concern and you have
commercial insurance coverage, we can refer you to
the RemiStart® Patient Rebate Program, based upon
your eligibility.
If you do not have health coverage, or you do not have
enough coverage for your treatment with REMICADE®,
we can refer you to a patient assistance program or help
identify other sources of funding that may be available.
one -to-one support
In addition, we’ll offer you the opportunity to choose
the services you would like to receive:

appropriate to your needs, questions, and concerns
• Customized appointment schedule calendar with
your infusion appointment dates highlighted to help
you plan ahead
• Appointment reminders and follow-up calls
• Quarterly newsletters to keep you up to date and
provide ongoing education and follow-up information
• Emergency outreach services to provide uninterrupted
access to your treatment in the event of a natural disaster
• Infusion site location—working with your doctor, we
can locate infusion sites that are convenient to your
home or workplace
