Functional Exercise Training Program

The program is a safe and effective way to make fitness fun, for boys and girls ages 10 to 18.
Everyone looks ffoorward to aan
n enjoyable workout that is tailored to their individual level. Classes
will ffoocus on skills aan
nd conditioning that aappply as much to sports as they do to everyday activities. Instruction by knowledgeaable ffiitness coaches who know how to motivate aan
nd help everyone
achieve their fitness goals!! Training will be held aatt the Massapequa PAL Complex beginning on
Monday July 6th - Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week for ffo
our weeks (Total of 12 Sessions) Class time is 4:00 to 5:00 PM each day. T-Shirt provided. Fee $50.00
Tennis ± COED Ages 4 to 17 Fees: Ages 4-8 $150, Ages 9-17 $180.

TENNIS and FLOOR HOCKEY PROGRAM
FOR JUNIORS

THE P.A.L. OFFERS TENNIS THROUGH SPORTME
“U10” TENNIS (ages 4-7) $150 (for eight 1-hour classes) 5:1 student/pro ratio U10 Utilizes smaller nets and racquets, foam and
low-compression tennis balls, and colorful cones and targets to create an exciting learning environment.
JUNIOR GROUP TENNIS LESSONS (ages 8-17)
$180 (for 8 1-hour classes)
6:1 student/pro ratio
Utilizes full-sized nets, courts, and racquets.
TENNIS CLASSES ARE OFFERED:
Monday 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm
Wednesdays 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm
Saturday 9am-10am, 10am-11am, 11am-12pm
P.A.L FLOOR HOCKEY PROGRAM AT SPORTIME
YOUTH FLOOR HOCKEY CLINIC
Ages 6-14
$150 per player for the 8-week session
Tuesdays 5-6pm (starts July 7th)
Players learn stick handling, passing, shooting, goaltending and game rules
under the supervision of expert instructors.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Helmet with face cage, hockey sticks, shin guards, elbow pads,
gloves, cup (for boys)
