ehi High softball did it again!
What an accomplishment for
the Lehi High softball team to
win the 5A state crown two
years in a row. A celebration to be
had, hitting six home runs in the two
games against Herriman, winning
both games 7-2. We finished 3rd in
Region ,5 with a record 9-3. Overall
we were 28 wins and 9 losses in the
season. We would like to congratulate
Tim Kennedy, the head coach, his
assistants, and especially, the Lehi
softball team for a great season and
taking home the state
5A championship.

April 2015
he Lehi High School percussion had a successful
season this year. They performed at the Utah
State Solo and Ensembles Festival at Orem High,
receiving a II rating, for their pieces “Sizzle and
Archipelagos,” which was performed by the Lehi Intermediate
Percussion Ensemble. The Lehi Mallet Quartet, received a I
rating for their piece, “Metric Lips.” Also, a few students received a I rating for their solos; Brandon
Williams, Derek Bevan, and Matt Hanna. Congratulations on an exceptional performance!
Musical Theatre
L
ehi High drama attended the Utah High School
Musical Theatre Awards and had an exceptional
performance. They were nominated in 12 categories
for their production of Urinetown. At the performance,
they presented sections from the play; “Run Freedom, Run.” 19
awards were given that evening, and Lehi took home 5 of them. We
are really fortunate to have such talented and hard-working students.
They also were awarded Best in State for the categories of technical
crew, lighting design, costume design, ensemble, and supporting
actress.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
SPORTS:Track
Lehi Track has had an incredible season. So far this
year, there have been 3 school records broken, and 15
performances make it in to the all time top 5 list. The
boys also placed 8th overall, and the girls 13th overall at
state. Congratulations on a great season!
SPORTS:Tennis
Tennis ended a great season, placing 5th at state. Way to go Boys Tennis!
Pride TV
Pride TV attended the Utah High School Film Festival
and represented Lehi High very well. They placed
1st in Commercial and 48 hour Shootout. They also
received 2nd place in News Story, and 3rd in Addiction
PSA and Music Video. To cap it off, they received the
Directors Choice for Addiction PSA. Congratulations
