Page 1 of 2 Work Study Congratulations to Tristin Martin, Work Study Student of the Month! Tristin Martin of Sterling works at Bauman Farms. He milks over 90 Holsteins four days a week. Tristin’s supervisor, Jeremy Bauman, gave Tristin a second chance last year, and Tristin has shown tremendous growth in maturity and responsibility. He is dependable and does a great job. Tristin enjoys hunting and fishing and likes to work on tractors, cars, and trucks. REMINDER - It is the students' responsibility to turn in their work log and/or pay stubs to earn elective credit and hourly school credit. Ten hours of work can be counted toward the 27 hour per week requirement. If you have any questions, contact Lisa Lang - Liberty Prep Work Study Coordinator at [email protected] or 330-231-6359. Meet Our New Staff Member! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jenice McEndree, and I began working as Secretary at Liberty Prep in mid-April. I previously worked for Chippewa Local Schools as Aide to the Treasurer, and I am also the secretary/bookkeeper for my husband’s small construction company. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, and we live in Marshallville where we have raised our four children. I enjoy camping with our family and friends, going on long walks with our German Shepherd “Roxy”, fishing, hunting, and working in my flower gardens. I love being around children and encouraging them to be the best that they can be. It has been an exciting past several weeks at Liberty Prep and I look forward to serving the staff and students in the upcoming year. My life’s motto – Raise the Bar. Every person is unique and worthy and each person, no matter the age, has been created for a great and positive purpose in this life . . . “There isn’t a person anywhere who isn’t capable of doing more than he thinks he can.” - Henry Ford libertypreparatoryschool.weebly.com Summer School Summer school will be offered on the days below from 9am until 1pm, and students must be present at each session. Enrollment will be limited, and students who are either close to graduating or behind in credits will be given first consideration. Once a student misses more than four hours, the class will be locked, and they will no longer be able to complete their work. There will be no exceptions!
