LONDON INTERNATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
FORM FOR UNDERAGED DELEGATES AND LOGISTICS STAFFERS
We the undersigned, hereafter referred to as the participant or responsible adult, hereby agree to
the following:
(1) To absolve, release and discharge the London International Model United Nations (hereafter
LIMUN), its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff jointly and severally from any and all
actions, causes of actions, claims, liabilities, costs, obligations and demands, including
without limitation legal fees and expenses for, upon or by reason of loss, damage, injury, or
death, which may be sustained by participating in activities connected with LIMUN, its Board
of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff. This involves especially compensation, in whole or in part,
for losses, damages, injuries or death incurred in connection with LIMUN, its Board of
Trustees, Secretariat and Staff.
(2) That I as participant and/or responsible adult am expected to obey the laws of the United
Kingdom while participating in LIMUN. I am wholly personally responsible for any charges
incurred due to a failure of abiding by these laws.
(3) To being personally responsible for all charges and damage I may bring upon the facilities of
the conference and/or social venue.
(4) To accept that LIMUN, its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff do not provide liability
insurance for the protection of individuals or groups who participate in the conference.
(5) To accept that all offers and information published by LIMUN, its Board of Trustees,
Secretariat and Staff, including but not limited to those on the website www.limun.org.uk,
might be subject to change without prior or further notice. LIMUN, its Board of Trustees,
Secretariat and Staff reserve the right to terminate any contractual relationship resulting
from or related to its offers and information at any given time. LIMUN, its Board of Trustees,
Secretariat and staff cannot be held accountable for changed offers and information.

(6) That LIMUN, its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff reserve the right to exclude specific
participants from its offered services.
(7) That LIMUN, its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff reserve the right to use all data
submitted by participants via the website www.limun.org.uk or sent to LIMUN, its Board of
Trustees, Secretariat and/or Staff by other means, especially material collected during the
conference and social events including video footage and photographs without limitations.
LIMUN, its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff further reserve the right to collect data
during the conference and social events including but not limited to video footage and
photographs without prior or further notice.
(8) That this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will govern my actions and
responsibilities while participating in activities relating to LIMUN.
Court of Jurisdiction and Validity of Terms
(1) The jurisdiction for this Accident Waiver and Release of liability form, as well as for all other
legal issues resulting from, and/or related to, this form and contractual relationships LIMUN,
its Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Staff may be involved in, shall be governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
(2) If any of the above terms should become obsolete and/or unenforceable, all remaining terms
of this agreement remain legally binding.
I HAVE READ THIS ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIBAILITY FORM. I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND
AGREE TO ITS TERMS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND
I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILITY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.
