You may be required to provide additional information in order to demonstrate compliance. Documentation may include: a letter outlining your objectives for participation in the FAST, statutes or bylaws and articles of incorporation, documentation of organizational goals and activities, references from other local institutions, or audited financial statements. Applicants will be notified as soon as a decision is made.
