If you are not presently a member of the PTCV and think you would be interested in joining, we will have some applications for membership available. Our dues are only $7.50 per year. You receive a quarterly newsletter, and the opportunity to purchase limited issue pins throughout the year. We also have one of the largest annual pin swaps in all of Lionism in Winchester the second weekend of November each year.
