Box 6232 Wolcott, CT 06716-0232 Raise Your Spirits, Again Wine and Food Tasting Event Sunday May 3, 2015 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM La Bella Vista, 380 Farm Wood Road, Waterbury, CT th Welcome Food Vendors! We are so happy to have you experience our 8 annual Raise Your Spirits, Wine and Food Tasting Event to benefit Living in Safe Alternatives! (LISA, Inc.) Here is some important information about the day of the event! We would like all restaurant personnel to be at La Bella Vista to start their set up by 4:00 PM. After your vehicle has been emptied of your goods, please move your vehicle to the back of the parking lot to allow for all guests. Although there is a large parking lot, there is another event at La Bella Vista that day and we need to be respectful for all attendees! Although the event starts at 5 PM, it has been our experience people start lining up at 4:30.. All portions should be bite sized and “hand friendly” and plates and forks will be available from La Bella Vista and each table will have a supply. LISA will provide napkins. We are expecting between 200 and 250 attendees. In the past food vendors have offered a variety of samplings. It is our hope you will provide enough to accommodate all of our guests. There is no kitchen space available so please prepare and cook/heat your samplings in YOUR kitchen. Chaffing dishes, serving trays, serving utensils, doilies, and sterno will be your responsibility as none are available for you to use at this facility. Trays will be passed by volunteers throughout the event and will need to be replenished when they return with the empty trays. Please notify me if you need volunteers to work your table or to assist you in replenishing your trays. Each restaurant will have a (dressed) six foot table for their food presentations. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample from the table as well as from the passed trays. At least one person will need to be at the display table to explain their offerings and another person to replenish the display and trays when required. Displays should represent your restaurant with a sample menu, business cards and whatever you like to make a lasting impression of your restaurant/store. Business cards should also be made available to the “servers” so that the attendees will know which restaurant the food is being provided by. We would like to ask you to donate a gift certificate to be raffled off the day of the event. Again, this will give you more exposure and also offer the opportunity for someone to sample your wonderful food. We would appreciate all raffle donations be given the day of the event or SOONER if possible. Thanking you in advance for all your hard work and generosity to make this event special.
