and LiveLovely.com via Your Existing Feed
RentPath invites you to place ALL of your property listings on Rent.com as well as LiveLovely.com using your
existing syndication platform/feed software. Just find your existing feed provider below, and follow their
instructions for an easy and effortless way to send timely updated listings.
*Note – given the newness of this offer many providers do not yet list Rent.com as a destination site - selecting “Lovely” will send to both Rent.com and Lovely.

You are presented with vacant or soon to be vacant units
2. Click on the “post link” (next to internet) to the right of the listing details

This will include the listing into Appfolio’s MITS feed that is sent to Rent.com and Lovely
3. OR - you can do this by going straight to a property and selecting “post to internet” under tasks on the right
hand side of the page

If your account does not have access to listing syndications and you’re ready to have your listings automatically
posted, please call your Buildium support team to turn on this feature for you.
To enable or disable listing syndication:
1. Go to the Rentals menu.
2. Go to the Listings page.
3. Click Listing settings.

4. Select “Lovely” to the services that you’d like to use.
5. Click Save.
Syndications are updated once a day. You’ll see additional
listings, edits to existing listings, and listings taken down within
a day or so.

1. Go to Settings - Marketplaces Management
2. Click Add New Market
3. Choose Lovely from the drop-down list
4. Fill out the next form and select to send listings Auto (vs Manual)
5. Then click Submit

Go to each property’s Settings page within Site Manager and check the box ‘Send to ILS’ and save.

2. Choose/search property
3. Content & Settings -> Settings -> ILS Feed Settings
Check ‘Send to ILS’ for Lovely as well as Apartment Guide/Rent.com
4. Save
5. Property will be a part of
the feed, the next time
the file is syndicated
(typically the next day).
