All fees are payable upfront, in full for each new term. Fees must be paid and enrolment
form/s submitted before your participant/s can attend classes
One ‘trial class’ is permitted with full fees payable prior to next class participation
Parents and members are requested to vacate the gymnastics area at the conclusion of
each class so that the coaches can reset equipment for the next class
It is a condition of enrolment that the participant is brought into the centre in time for class
(preferably 10 minutes prior to class) and collected from inside the centre immediately upon
the conclusion of the class. If you will be late collecting your child please advise the centre on
ph: 8084 5222
On occasions for unforeseen circumstances coach changes are required. Refunds will not be
given for coach changes
If the participant is unable to attend a class due to illness, make-up class are available upon
submission of medical certificate. Classes cannot be made up for any other reason such as
holidays or attending other activities. Make up classes can only be attended in the same term
the lesson was missed and only where there is available space in the class. There are no
guarantees there will be space available in classes that suit your needs
Memberships are non-transferrable
Refunds will only be issued for 3 or more consecutive absences due to major illness,
hospitalisation or relocation. All refunds are at the discretion of management only
Term fees also include entry into Little Dynamo’s on the day of participant’s enrolled class only
Siblings of enrolled participants are charged at a discounted entry rate to Little Dynamo’s on the
day of participant’s enrolled class only
Drop offs are permitted only for Junior and Senior Dynamos only for the duration of the class
Children who are not participating in gymnastic classes are the responsibility of the parent/carer
while in the centre
From time to time we are required to change some terms & conditions and every attempt will
be made to communicate these changes as early as possible. However on occasions, some
changes may occur without notice. Your understanding is appreciated

No jewelry to be worn by participants while in class (this includes watches, earrings, necklaces,
toe rings etc)
Hair must be tied back, away from the face and eyes, during class
No loose or baggy but comfortable clothing
No shoes to be worn by participants during class as well as attending parents/carers
Participants to bring water bottle to class. No food other drinks permitted on the premises
Non participants are not permitted in the Gymnastics area at any time
Always follow the instructions of the coach
Always walk around the apparatus area while they are in use
Respect the talent, potential and development of fellow participants and competitors
Care for and respect the equipment provided as part of your program
